I have always been interested in the precept method of bible study but have never actually used it much for 2 main reasons:
- I really don’t like marking up my bibles much. And all the markers and symbols etc. used in the precept method seem like they would be hard to do in a lot of bibles due the thin pages and bleed through etc. With most types of paper that bible pages are made of..
- Over the years I have started doing 99% of my Bible studies on my PC using Bible software… And all my physical books including my bibles are collecting more and more dust..
In the latest issue of my Bible Study magazine there was a great article from Miss Arthur and I really enjoyed it.. I noticed at one point in the article, she stated that she has even moved to using Logos..
I had an idea or maybe this idea is already out there or in the works? It would be so cool if Precept Ministries and Logos could team up and create some Logos module or add on that would allow us to use the precept method within our Logos software.. Making all the markings and symbols etc available to use within Logos. I would buy that add on if it was done well and not too expensive.
