When running two Windows 10 user accounts on my laptop I've noticed unusually high CPU usage and Task Manager has shown it to be Logos in the 'locked' session. It is using about 25% on Core i5-460M (2 cores, 4 threads). The logs clearly show no activity (no indexing, "App is now idle", no malware) - so what is causing this?
