Which manual do you use for weddings and funerals?

I'm preparing for a funeral service tomorrow and in the past I've always used the Broadman Minister's manual for the service but it occurs to me that there may be other/better resources out there that I haven't discovered.  I realize this question may be answered differently depending on denomination but I still think it's worth the asking.  In particular, what manual or resource do you use when processing into the church and following the benediction as you march outside?

    I use the Methodist Worship Book as the basis for funerals then change the content using other sources as appropriate for the family and others who will be attending by personalising it as much as I can to the individual whose life we are remembering and celebrating.
