Windows 10 and Logos 6.5/6.6

I don't know if it's a Windows 10 problem, a Verbum/Logos 6.5/6.6 problem, or Logos running on Windows 10 problem, but I have noticed whenever it seems to be doing something related to new resources or indexing, the system will freeze for about 3-4 seconds, then come back. It will do it a few times over the course of a minute or two. Often (always? not sure) the mouse cursor will disappear. Then it all comes back and is zippy as normal. I am running on a very fast laptop so I don't think it's computer resources, I have never had problems like this before.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't observed this in my laptop Windows 10, updated from Win 7, nor in a fresh installation of Win 10. Memory Management is different to Win 7 and a "freeze" was reported with another app. My laptop has had two "blue screens" because of Memory Management (the 8 GB physical memory is fine), but Windows reboots the system after collecting some data - it was not associated with a particular app.

I have this occasionally, also on Windows 10. It happens sufficiently infrequently for it to be only a minor nuisance, and I've not investigated further.

Could be anything I guess - still a latent display driver bug, Windows 10 bug, maybe a Verbum bug are probably the likeliest culprits

I think Win 10 has issues with memory management, which give me "blue screens" and give you a "freeze" or two. Hopefully it will be sorted in the coming months.

I have seen a lot of people complaining about issues that seem to point to graphics card device drivers, but this article summarizes that it's more widespread:

It's not bad for me, I can wait it out - they will fix it over time.
