Multiple screens

Would it be possible in a future upgrade to have the ability to have multiple screens. At present I go from having the whole text on one screen "reading view" but as soon as I want to check something the program switches out of "reading view" back to the standard screen.
My computer has two screens.
The ability to have one screen with the text I am reading and the other screen for looking up items would be brilliant. It might already be possible but if so I am ignorant of how that works.

Hi Marsh - and welcome to the forums.
If I understand you correctly then you can achieve this using the "floating window" capability
Right-click on a tab and select "open in a floating window"
If you do this for the resource you are reading, drag this to your second screen and then go into Reading View you should have what you are looking for

Very helpful, Thank you. This will work on two monitors and I look forward to using it.
However when using just my my lap top monitor with several (virtual?) screens on the mac and switch between them if I have the logos reading screen and another logos screen open I cannot stay on the reading screen. I can see it when I try to swipe to that screen but it will not stay open it flips back to the previous screen.
Thanks again for the other advice.

As this sounds like a Mac-specific issue I'll defer to those who use Logos on that platform.
(And this thread may be moved to the Logos 6 forum so more people will see it)

Hi Marsh
And welcome to the forums.. I too have experienced what you are describing however I find it an intermittent fault and one that has not occurred since I switched to the Gold Master Beta. It won't be long before El Capitan is released as a stable version and this may knock the bug on the head.

Thanks - You are right I swapped the screens a few times and it became stable. It is a great feature. I will wait for El Cap.
