Upgrade to Gold, program will not start

Upgraded from Bronze to Gold yesterday, my Windows computer downloaded the files, prepared the library, I paused indexing, so I could do other work on the computer; I had to restart the computer for other reasons, and now it will not respond to trying to launch the program, not at all. Thoughts?

You just get no response at all when you click the Logos icon? No brief splash screen or anything?

What happens if you try and start Logos while holding down the Ctrl key?

I saw your post elsewhere on a similar topic, related to the Ctrl key, tried that and nothing happened.

Meanwhile, my computer was also struggling with Outlook, lots of stuff going wrong this morning. So I restarted, let Outlook repair itself, clicked Logos, let it sit, and it finally started "loading the library." It launched, and is indexing now. I am leaving it alone, getting more coffee...

Good question, free space is tight, but Logos was already on it. But I'll check. It finished indexing, and then decided to start over and do it again...indexing is now at 3%...

Rule of thumb says you need at least 20GB - in fact the FAQ at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/desktop/faq calls for 30.

You probably don't have enough space for indexing to complete.

30 GB is the minimum. For Windows to function efficiently you need about 20% free space e.g. 100 GB free on a 500 GB drive, and SSD's need at least 20% free to get the best life and speed out of them.
