BUG: Custom Highlight window bugs (beta 9)

- Small caps, superscript, and subscript don't show up in the preview (in both the FONT STYLING and the LABEL TEXT sections), though they do work when applied to actual text.

- The sorting of custom highlighting styles is case sensitive and has the lowercase style names at the end of the list.
