I have never had to use FL support...until this morning, when my Logos would not open. Thankfully, Evan was there at FL support to help me get things figured out. 
Thank you very much Evan for your patience and your expertise. I cannot imagine doing a job like yours where I must deal with non-stop problems all day, every day. You not only got me up and running again but I was able to compete the work I needed to do today. Because you helped minister to me, I am able to resume my ministry for others. Thanks again for your help
