Circumflex symbol for Logos Greek Keyboard

Hello,

I have just installed the Logos Greek keyboard and I am wondering if Logos is using the tilde ~ symbol in place of the arched circumflex accent symbol. When I type this character either with Shift-~ or the '=' key, I only get the tilde ~ symbol.

Bradley Grainger (Logos)

It probably depends on the font you're using. Most fonts use a tilde-like glyph for U+0342 (the Greek circumflex accent); GentiumAlt uses an arch.

FWIW in the future, with any language you can load Windows' On Screen Keyboard (OSK.EXE).

OSK will show you where everything is.

I was able to figure out how to do this for the English keyboard but not for the Greek keyboard. Am I doing something wrong?

Not likely.

I've discovered just now that it does not appear to work in Windows 10 as it used to.

At least in Windows XP & 7 the keyboard would change to the proper language when your cursor is active in your document in the language you want. If you're using the language bar on your taskbar it would show you what language you're using.

So... in (not windows 10) open the OSK, then go back to your document (OSK will float on top), and select your language. When you start typing in your language, the keyboard would change to your present language.

Sadly, Win10 just shows Latin (English) characters now. [:(]
