It's not intended for topics because it searches the bible text. Inputting verb:judge will get you a number of suggestions so you can have a query like

verb:judge; pass judgment on OR verb:examine; question; judge  ---> NT

verb:to rule; to judge, pass judgment; to administer justice ---> OT

To restrict results try:

person:God verb:to rule; to judge, pass judgment; to administer justice

A Topic Search should be more fruitful e.g. type judgement and make a selection like Judgment of God. Here it would be good to have a collection of Bible Dictionaries in the Collections section.

For books in Library try

pubdate:>2000 subject:women  or

epubdate:>2000 subject:women 

(electronic date epubdate gives more results for me)

Using Topic Search for "women" provides a number of choices, but try a Basic Search as follows:

Here, I typed pubdate:>2000 in the Find box for resources.
