It's something we're still considering. The Hebrew Bible is big, and the sorts of pseudo-grammatical rules one finds in discussion of the Greek NT (e.g. Granville Sharp's first rule, Colwell's rule) are not as common in discussion of the Hebrew Bible.
We're open to suggestions on structures to consider for a Hebrew Bible Grammatical Constructions tool, so if you (or anyone else) have such ideas, feel free to use this thread to record them (with examples and references to grammars where they're discussed, if possible).
