I'm looking at WBC, Vol. 38A: Romans 1-8. The resource is set to move from article to article, using the up and down arrows.
With the resource positioned at "§5. The New Perspective on Paul: Paul and the Law", I anticipated that using the down arrow to move to subsequent articles would at the very least include moves to the main/high level paragraphs identified by the resource itself--e.g. §5.1; §5.2; §5.3, etc.. Strangely (to me) using the down arrow will result in moves to various locations within these main paragraphs, while entirely skipping over the beginning of these main paragraphs.
What constitutes an article? Who decides? On what basis?
