Will someone explain to me how i can upgrade my iPhone from logos 5 to logos 6 that i recently upgraded too.

While the mobile apps provide access to (most of) your resources and some of the functionality available in the desktop software, iPhones dont run either Logos 5 or 6. Rather they run the mobile apps which are released on a different schedule.
The current release is 4.6.4.
