I cannot find my new eBook in My Library

have tried all the steps on this page http://www.logos.com/support/article/1325
several times and still cannot get the book I just purchased, Christian Theology
by Millard Erickson, to appear in my library. The file is in my resources
folder, but the book doesn’t show up when I open Libronix as a locked or
unlocked resource. Under my account summary, it says that this book has been
unlocked, but otherwise, I cannot find it or any info about it in my library. I
downloaded another book 2 days ago, and had no problem immediately installing
and using it, so I’m not sure why there’s a problem now. I don't have a Mac or Logos 4 or anything new, other than this one book that I can't find in my library. Please help!

Go to the following URL:

https://www.logos.com/user/MyOrders

Find your order for Christian Theology and click on the Order Number next to it, and click on that.

Look for an "Unlock and Download" button.

If you don't see one, look for a link that says "Download Instructions for Previous Versions" and click on that. This should open up the link to the "Unlock & Download button." Run that script from your browser and it should unlock the resource and give you your license.

Restart Libronix and go to Tools>Account Management and synchronize your licenses.

Then open your library and see if you can find it. Make sure you are looking at "All Unlocked Resources" and have "Title" checked as your search criteria. Then the title (I'm seeing it through those steps in my copy of Libronix). Then click on the resource to open it.

That should work. If it doesn't there may be another issue with the resource, so report back with your success or failure.

Thank you for your help--unfortunately, this did not work. I even tried using a different web browser (IE instead of google chrome, which i usually use), but it didn't make any difference. Everything seems to go smoothly every time I go through the process of downloading and installing the book, but then it never shows up in my library. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!

Just ran an update of Logos and FINALLY got the book to show up! I'm not sure why I didn't have a problem with the other book I bought on Wed, but oh well--it's working now!

Glad it worked for you.

I just checked back in after working on some stuff for tomorrow and saw both messages. I hadn't thought of upgrading to 3.0f. Glad you thought of it and that it's working for you.

I have just the digital library installed but cannot get the home page with the bible and the rest of the books

Try to start Logos holding down ctrl. Keep holding it until the logon screen appears. Check load blank layout and then click login. Does Logos start? Try clicking the homepage, does it crash? If it does upload logs to the forum http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging and http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs
