One of the long term frustrations with annotations (notes & highlights) and clippings is that there is no option to add a note to a new note file or a clipping to a new clipping file from the right click menu.
I believe in the past Logos perspective what they didn't want to over populate the right click menu. But really this needs to be re-thought. When reading you come across things you did not start out looking for and hence did not create a note or clipping file to house that piece of information before you began reading - it might not relate specifically to the purpose of your current reason for reading but be something you want to come back to later. Being able to simply select the information and right click to add it to a new annotation or clipping file and immediately continue with your reading would be a significant enough workflow improvement - one valuable enough to lay aside concerns about having a couple of extra options on the right click menu.
