BUG: Persistent popups in the Mac Version

This has been a continuing problem through several versions. It is quite annoying, and it needs to be addressed by FL. Initially, Light From the Ancient East partially covered UBS5. The popup appeared when I clicked in Light and would not go away even after the covering window was moved.
Second incident. Moved Light to partially cover UBS5. When I clicked on the word Christian, the popup appeared, as it would if I clicked anywhere in UBS5. Also noted that this persistent popup does not appear if I click text covering the Byzantine text which is just below UBS5

Jack,
Those definitely should not be there at that point and we haven't seen this internally, so until someone reports it we don't know. Can you please elaborate on the steps you took to get to the point where you had the persistent popup?

I have this happen as well on occasion. Usually changing the focus to a different window will cause it to go away (OsX 10.9.5; L6.6 SR-1)

Not much to elaborate; however, It was different today. Here is my main layout
I then opened Light From the Ancient East in a floating window and partially covered the three Bibles. Clicking over either Greek text did not produce the popup. Clicking Preface in the page title—over the NKJV did produce the popup.
That popup was 100% repeatable for this session.

With 6.7 Beta 1, the problem has become more frequent and much more irritating.
