For the last three days my Logos (6.6.0.0056) has been preparing my library:
Overall my system has been bogged down a bit too. If I close Logos, it simply will not terminate process and release memory. If I then re-open (without rebooting my computer) it stays stuck on the splash screen for hours.Of course if I kill the process in task manager, I can open Logos again just fine... it just happens to be still preparing my library.
I'm not seeing anything jumping out at me in the logs, but here they are anyway:

EDIT: actually I first noticed it when the EEC for Ephesians was released. I couldn't get Logos to download it even after a reboot. When I killed the process to restart Logos the first time it got stuck on the splash screen.
