$10 Pre-Pub Credit
So, I know that it was just released minutes ago... But when do you anticipate that those of us who pre-ordered Baker Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament: 2 Corinthians will receive the $10 credit on our account? Or will this be sent via email?

The only problem I'm seeing is not downloading to my iPhone. Anybody else having trouble with that ? Other than that I'm looking forward to those 10 bucks to use them towards the unseen realm

There was a problem with a build and newly acquired resources. Try the command rebuild index on the home screen. If that doesn't work, create a new thread in the iOS forum.

There was a problem with a build and newly acquired resources. Try the command rebuild index on the home screen. If that doesn't work, create a new thread in the iOS forum.

I can't see it on my iPad or Android tablets. It did download to my computer. I have had this a couple of times before where there is a delay.

Well you certainly missed out on the best deal - it is no longer in pre-pub so you can no longer qualify for the $10 credit (which really needs removing from the sales page) or buy it at the pre-pub price

I always get the order emails but the marketing emails or special offer emails tend to be about 30% sucess rate.. So hopefully derek will just email me directly.

This is very disappointing. I seriously would like to return it.
It turns out that if I want to do so I will forfeit another $10 credit which I used in this order, according to the customer service rep. The rep calls this expended credit a "one time code".

Endnote: with help from the customer service rep, I was restored to status quo. Thanks FaithLife! [BECNT 2 Cor is a good commentary by all accounts, I would want to get it as a bundle upgrade rather than full retail.]
