Needing help: Logos 6 will not open

The subject line basically says it all. I was using Logos, closed it down, and later that day when I tried to open the program I was out of luck. To my knowledge I have the latest version of Logos 6, and I am running a Mac with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. My system did not update between the time of me closing and trying to reopen Logos. Any thoughts on how to get myself back up and running?

Installing the newest engine should fix this problem. See the link in my signature line.

If you had logging enabled and know how to grab logs, please do so and post here BEFORE reinstalling the engine. The developers could use the logs to help diagnose the problem (and hopefully make sure it doesn't happen again!).

I will give that a try. Hopefully I don't have re-index my library. That takes a long time.

Reinstalling the engine ≠ Re-indexing the library. Unless the index was corrupted for some reason, you will not need to do a full reindex. You may not even have any indexing, depending upon the changes between versions.
