BUG? Context Menu for event marker (black flag) based on article head?

In creating examples for todays tip of the day I discovered that if I click on any black flag event marker in the ISBE article on Paul the Apostle, the Context Menu is generated for Paul the apostle and includes no reference to the event. Is this the intended behavior? I would have expected the flag to link to the event as well.

Clicking the event flag highlights a lot of text (e.g. the whole article on Paul) in The HarperCollins Bible dictionary (Revised & Updated) and no event in the context menu.

I find it better to click on some part of the text for the event e.g. "A.D. 33", "49" to get the expected result.
