Can't sync ipad highlights

I can't get the highlights I made on my ipad to sync with my laptop. Is anyone else having this problem?

Let's work through this.
- Can you verify that the document is syncing to the servers? Check documents.logos.com. If the document is syncing, we can eliminate the mobile app as a variable.
- Can you verify that the note document is turned ON in the resource's visual filter?

Each resource has a "visual filter menu" (three circles icon). Highlights are a visual filter which can be turned off & on. However, if the notes aren't appearing on documents.logos.com, the issue is with the mobile app.
Have you tried killing the mobile app and reopening to force a sync? What version of the app? What version of iOS? What (specific) device?

Hi John
The cause for the issue you are seeing may be very different - we would need to work out where the sync is breaking down.
Kevin posted some useful guidance to help in that process at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/113554.aspx.
Please check that out and then post a new thread in that forum outlining the issues you are seeing

It is syncing now. I spent the last two hours deleting things off of my iPad to free up space. I also updated it. I think that was the problem. Thanks everyone.
