No "Downloading", "Preparing Your Library", or "Indexing"

I received Logos 4 today and I'm attempting to install it on my macbook pro. According to the instructions I was emailed, the second step of the installation process should be to "enter your logos.com email address and password when prompted to sign in." but this step never appears. I got the DVD and have tried it a few times as well and uninstalling and reinstalling from the website download a couple of times. I still have no library and can log in. Any particular posts I should be reading? Any suggestions?

So is there any way to tell the program to sign in and begin the downloading process? As of right not I still have no library.

I am having the same issue after purchasing Leaders Edition. Followed the instrutions no traffic on the internet connection and nothing. I tried to login and enable the ebooks but it says I don't exist. Very frustrating.

I just got off the phone with Tech Support. The reason my library wouldn't download was because it did not have a specific account created for me that enabled licensing. After I called, they created the account and had me to run the scan optical media tool. After that, I restarted Logos and it began downloading. You'll have to call customer service (1-800-875-6467 Mon–Fri 6:00 am – 5:00 pm PST) to get the licensing straightened out. I was on hold for a little while, but it was worth it.
