I think you mean that you could not (sign in) or (log in) to the application. Did it crash (the logs don't indicate so) or just freeze? Have you tried restarting your computer?
If a restart doesn't work, try deleting the application from the applications folder and redownloading the application engine. See the "install" link in my signature line (below here).

The application does not crash. It begins the signing process and few seconds later, Mac says : Application not responding.
I did precisely, what you recommend in that link. But, nothing changes. The problem persists.

Please provide new logs from today. Make sure logging is enabled, start up Logos, wait 5 minutes, then grab the logs. Use the "sample" button from the logging tool. If you don't have that tool, see the "Mac Logs" link in my signature line.

Did you do a simple upgrade of OS X or did you do a clean install? Did you move any files?
I think a full fledged techie will need to take a look at your logs.

I just installed el Capitan as a simple upgrade. Thanks any ways. I will wait for that solution. I NEED MY LOGOS back

I'm not a Mac expert, but it looks from your logs as though everything is proceeding OK, if somewhat slowly.
The logs show that you're in Resource Discovery mode. That suggests that your Library Catalog has been deleted at some point, and Logos is rebuilding it. That can take many minutes, depending on the size of your library and the speed of your computer.
My recommendation would be to leave Logos alone for 30-60 minutes — or double that if you have a very large library or slow computer.
PS - It looks like your Library Catalog was deleted due to possible corruption. It's possible this was caused either by (a) an earlier crash or power outage whilst the file was being accessed, or (b) a disk error. If you get ongoing problems it might be worth scanning your disk for errors.

Thank you Mark. I tried again. And this time, when Logos was signing, I skipped that step and the program opened.
