Unfortunately your logs are not recent, which makes it difficult to diagnose what's happening. For a full diagnosis, you'll need to enable permanent logging, then attempt to start Logos, then send us the logs.
However, if I had to make a guess based on your console log, I would suggest that repairing your Logos installation might possibly fix the problem — but I can't be sure about that without the logs.

There is an issue that popped up several weeks ago and has been trickling in with users showing similar symptoms. Please delete the app from the applications folder and redownload the newest engine to install. This will leave your resources and data files in place, so no need to worry about that. Let us know if that fixes the issue. If not, we will need updated logs as Mark suggests.
