exegetical guide--Old Testament

I'm having a bit of trouble with the exegetical guide whenever I use it in conjunction with my ESV.  I set up my reading for the day (the chapter and verse range).  Then when I attempt to utilize the exegetical guide, the reference is always incorrect.  However, when I do the same thing with the New testament, there is no problem.

I have not always had this problem.  I noticed it about a month ago.

I presume you do this from the Home Page and get a layout with bibles, commentaries and guides?

Provide an example with a screen shot and state whether Mac or Windows.
