We've had a long running uservoice request for mobile text to speech.

We have had it working on ios devices for a few years now - although it seems to have arrived accidentally due to an apple update rather than being intentionally implemented?? When scrolling view was implemented it got broken and then by popular request it was fixed.
Now is the time for us to raise the issue again with regards to android. Please could we have read aloud (text to speech) for android. Please could these features be officially supported perhaps with playback speed controls as with the desktop software and screen dimming to save battery?
