Intentional or Regression? Hovering over resource tab

I just noticed this for the first time tonight, and a quick search of the forums (via google) didn't yield any results.
When I hover the mouse cursor over a resource tab (e.g. "UBS4" or "ISBE"), I'm used to a small popup appearing with a cover image and a bit of information about the resource, typically including the author (if applicable).
Now, when I hover of a resource tab, only a small (one-line) tooltip appears with just the title of the resource.
Is this an intentional change or a regression? I didn't see any settings that might obviously change it back.
IMO, this is decidedly unhelpful. Many times I'm not familiar enough with a resource to know from just its title what it is I'm looking at. And clicking on the tab and then opening the resource info is a lot more intrusive.
6.6 SR-1 on Windows 8.1 64-bit.
Thanks,
Donnie

It was a regression in 6.6; it will be fixed in 6.7.
