Where do those outline divisions come from? Specifically, what resource uses the outline

and how do I access that particular resource? I would like to read the resource that has outlined 1 Corinthians that way, but I don't see it listed in the primary commentaries I use. I also have a VERY large library and do not have the time to search every resource.
