Logos 6.7 Beta 3 (6.7.0.0017) will not download

On my Logos Beta PC version I have the notice showing that there is an update available, 106.3 mb downloading, but it is stuck on 0%.  I have canceled out of the download and did the "Update Now" command but the download is still stuck.  The internet connection is up and running.

Let's see if it is BITS related (this is for Windows 7/8/10):

• Type "services" in the Windows Search bar and then click on "Services" at the top
• In the list of services, double-click "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" and then click "Properties"
• In the "Startup Type" list, select "Manual" and click "Apply"
• Verify that the "Service status" is "Started"; if it is "Stopped" click on the "Start" button.

• Start a Command Prompt (type "cmd" and select "cmd.exe" or "Command Prompt" in the Search bar)
• Type bitsadmin /reset
• Try again to update Logos
