I'm presuming you mean the home page in the Logos Desktop app. Can you tell us which link on the L6 home page gave you this message? That will help us investigate further.

I just tested and an article titled, "Identifying Who Your Church Is Called to Reach" sends the flag once. But not the second time.

At it again Toby, It's happening regularly but I paid attention to it today. :-)
I clicked on "How Randy Alcorn used Logos to write Happiness" from the Logos 6.7 homepage. I got the same dialogue in Kaspersky, and opened the details link (Bottom left corner).
FWIW I've exported the certificate as a DER encoded binary x.509 (.CER) (8880.Desktop.zip)
