1513.New Compressed (zipped) Folder.zip
thanks for taking a look. Running the latest version, this happened in the last version also.
I'll let Faithlife diagnose the 3 occurrences of "Discovery Completed" each followed by the same two "DiscoveryFailed"! I take it that you restarted Logos when you saw the "Resources ready..." notification?
easily a dozen times...I've bought other resources that seem to have downloaded just fine. I'm not really sure whats stuck. Deleting the download manager .db didn't fix it, as you had suggested for the fellow in the other thread.
anyone have further thoughts?
I also have the problem
Please create a new thread and post logs. Instructions can be found in the links in my signature line.
For what its worth, even with the update I installed this morning (6.7 B4), this is still an issue.
I had the same issue yesterday 10/22/2015, as I tried restarting about 5 times. The only thing that occurred to me, was that it might have been caused by the Program while it was indexing. Later that evening the blue circle was gone and what it said was uploaded, was available in my Library. Never thought to create a log.

In my case I came to the conclusion that it was a Windows 10 64-bit problem. After I have uninstalled my antivirus and manually download and install a cumilative patch, all was ok. Also Logos 6
Thanks for the logs. The failed discovery is happening after the initial download. This particular discovery process is trying to check the Resources folder and verify that it's the new file, for some reason it isn't updating. My current suspicion is that the preexisting files have become corrupted.
To resolve this we would want to rename a few folders and delete the bad book files. Once we have verified that the issue is resolved, I would recommend deleting the renamed folders.
First please quit out of the software then rename the following folders (just add a 1 to the end of the folder name):
C:\Users\Ken Baker\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\mottg0m0.s20\UpdateManager
C:\Users\Ken Baker\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\mottg0m0.s20\ResourceManager\Downloaded
Please delete the following files:
C:\Users\Ken Baker\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\mottg0m0.s20\ResourceManager\Resources\BiblicalPeople.lbsplc
C:\Users\Ken Baker\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\mottg0m0.s20\ResourceManager\Resources\CHRCHDOG4P1.logos4
Launch Logos and it should resolve the issue. Please let us know if it's still not cooperating.
Thanks for the logs.
Note that Steve is responding to abondservant, who provided logs!
