I do not see a crash in the Verbum log you provided. The Crash log provided is from July.

I tried it again and it does not generate a crash log. Here is what is happening Verbum starts fine but with the home page blank. I can work anywhere inside of it with no issues except for the homepage. Once I click on that I get the generic Verbum has stopped working Microsoft is looking for a solution to the problem.

From the event viewer I am getting

This is caused by an incompatibility between Verbum/Logos and a component of Lavasoft Web Companion. Try to disable its TCP Service or remove LavasoftTCPService.exe.
