Problem with Logos 6.6

I am having a problem with Logos 6.6. When I open the program it says the following:

"Downloading 165.2 MB of updates. (0% complete)
"Preparing library ..."

But nothing changes. It never gets more than 0% complete. And no matter how many times I reboot the program or the computer, nothing happens. The program is still usable.

If I put Update now in the command box, it checks for updates. But it never seems find or update anything.

My computer is a Toshiba Satellite P875; 8.00 GB of memory; Intel i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40 GHz. The operating system is 64-bit using an x64-based processor. The hard drive is 750 GB (685 GB usable) with 508 GB free.

The computer has been updated to Windows 10 Home. The Logos version is Logos Bible Software 6.6 (6.6.0.0056).
