Logos Split Screen is Awesome!
So with the new iOS jailbreak that came out I couldn’t help but take advantage of being able to have full split screen abilities on my ipad mini and I just had to share with you guys that it’s pretty sweet! Even before Logos has officially updated their apps to support full ipad pro style split screen it’s running pretty good! A few small issues but once they update it will be even better! One thing I love is how by running Logos and Verbum side by side I essentially can finally have up to 4 panes running at a time! Petty sweet huh?

Just to clarify, we don't support jail broken devices. If any issues occur that don't happen on device/iOS combinations officially supported by Apple, they likely won't be fixed.

I know. [;)] But thanks for the clarification. [:)]

I am now a beta tester of the Logos iOS app. Despite of little bugs affecting the appearance, the split screen feature is working very well. So please look forward to the official support of split screen in coming time.

Can the iOS App do true multitasking/splitscreen on an iPad Air 2? In other words, can I run 2 instances of Logos on iOS to take advantage of split screen? I'm getting a new iPad Air 2 for Christmas and this would be awesome if so.

I am working on an iPad Pro and am able to use the Logos mobile app in split screen view. There is no way off opening up two instances of the app in order to create the four panel view above. However, you could run the Vyrso or Faithlife app alongside the Logos app in order to approximate the same functionality (which is what I understand the op is showing on his jail broken device).
The iPad Air 2 does support split screen working. I find this feature a real game changer and, for the first time, am able to do proper work on a tablet. I hope you enjoy

No - he is doing effectively the same thing. As he says in his post he is using both the Bible and Verbum apps to do this

You are quite right. I should have read the preceding posts more carefully. Thanks, Graham.

Ok, so the solution would be to get one of the other Logos family apps and run that as the second app?
