Logos 6 on windows 10

Please help, I'm not getting updates loaded onto my desktop.

Since I've upgraded to windows10, that is.

Hello Graham every time I log on to my software and updates are downloaded and installed I get the following error message: "The installation of Logos Bible software did not succeed."

my current version:

Logos Bible Software 6.3 SR-1
6.3.0.0056

I will. However, I am just a volunteer and don't work for Faithlife. My wife is currently my boss. I will definitely tell her I need a raise. [:)]
