Logos won't install?

Hello brothers and sisters,

I was having an issue with Logos where upon starting the software the startup logo would pop up in the middle of the screen for a second then disapear and Logos would not proceed to start. Everytime I tried to run the software the same would happen so that I couldn't access anything. So I've uninstalled but now the same is happening with installing the software! The installler will download the intial files then when it requires the user to affirm the program to be installed the same happens - the installer closes automatically and doesn't proceed.

I'm running Windows 10 and this problem has only just happened today. Can anyone help or offer some advice? I can't work out what is causing it.

Have you tried restarting your computer?

I will let a windows user try an diagnose. The only thing I can ask: Do you have any firewall, virus protection, etc. that would possibly prevent the download?

I do, I'm currently running an anti virus scan but before when I tried turning off all the antivirus protection it still made no difference. I'll try again when the scan is over. Any other suggestions in the meantime would be very much appreciated.

I can upload Logs here but since I'm trying to install rather than run the software will that still work? The logs don't appear to have been modified since when I last had the program working correctly 3 days ago

If you enable logging as per the wiki then the log files for installation will be captured.
