Separating Spanish / English libraries

Dear brothers,

I have about 4000 resources in my library, about 800 in Spanish and the rest in English. I have prioritized 5 preferred bibles in Spanish and 5 in English, 5 dictionaries in Spanish and 5 in English, and so on. I´m also aware of curated content in the Passage Guide being available only in English at this moment. But my understanding is that mostly all sections in the Passage Guide run agains my library so I should get links from my prioritized resources. This is not what I´m getting now.

For example, running Factbook for Phillipians (in Spanish in this case), I only get links for English resources although my prioritized ones are the Spanish ones:

So my question is if there is a easy way to separate my Spanish and English library. When introducing Logos 6 to Spanish colleagues I want to show them only the Spanish resources as they mostly don´t speak English or are not interested in English resources.

In terms of strictly sorting out the library, you might use lang:spanish. You could either type it when viewing your library, or you could create a collection called "Spanish Resources" (or something to that effect) based on that rule. If you do the latter option, when you have a tab open with your library, where it says "in All Resources" in the upper right corner, you can scroll down the list and select the collection "Spanish Resources." Hope this helps at least a little!

Thanks for your advise. I already have a lot of collections (General Spanish, Commentaries in Spanish, Dictionaries in Spanish, an so on). I also have customized passages guides for these porposes... The problem is the stardand Passage Guide (as the one referred) is not taking my preferences and it shows links only for English resources and I can´t show the power of Logos to Spanish speakers.

I still think that the previous Paasage Guide should give me the Spanish links, not the English ones... Probably somebody from Faithlife can share some trick.

The screenshot you showed is for a Factbook search not a Passage Guide. Are you trying to get this working in the Factbook or in a Passage Guide?

Assuming Factbook I have just changed the priority on one of the resources that appears in the Overview section and it changed where it appeared. So this shows that prioritization is being honoured by the tool.

I think the problem is that resources need to be coded / tagged for them to appear in the Content section and this is an ongoing piece of work. It sounds as though this hasn't been done for the Spanish resources as yet.

As you note above you have done this for Passage Guides. I don't think you can do this in the Factbook until Faithlife add appropriate coding to the resources.

Hopefully they will be able to comment on where that is in their queue.

Can you advise some resources you would particularly like to see tagged in this way?

Thanks for your answer. Yes, you are right, I was spaking about the Passage Guide when this information is in Factbook . Anyway, even if in Factbook appears only curated links, they should give links for Spanish resources as advised in the training video (maybe you will not understand it, but you can links to Spanish resources):

I have Tesoro 6 Bilingüe, the highest Spanish base package (plus a lot of other Spanish resources not included in any base package) and all links showed in the video are already in my library, but I´m getting only links for English resources. That´s why I askes this question.

Jesús, a German user had a similar problem with a German ressource. Finally he was able to solve the issue deleting the German resources from the prioritized list and putting them anew in the list. You could try the same with one Spanish resource and look if it works for you too.
