Question on how to use this resource

I have been researching some of the Jewish tradition literature on the reason(s) for Isaac's blindness. My research has taken me to this interesting resource Forms of Deformity, which came in the collection History of Old Testament Interpretation Collection.
As you can see from this graphic, I arrived at a couple of interesting statements about reasons for Isaac's blindness. I would like to quickly get to the referenced parts of the Bible, but it seems the links in this resource keep hopping me within it. I know I can manually do some searching outside this resource, but am I using this resource incorrectly - is there a way to jump to the scripture that is the basis of each of the circled statements?
(this is an interesting resource!)

None of the links in that highlighted area are to biblical verses - they link to a resource called "Legends of the Jews"
At places where there are biblical references they appear - normally - as clickable links

Thanks Graham - it looks like the links are broken to "Legends of the Jews", I Have that resource and the links don't work for me. There are also many midrash links that don't work.

Yes - I can confirm that.
It would be great if they were linked up.

I've forwarded this to our Content Production department to look into.
