Tonight my iPad opened directly to the store, locked up, and crashed. i just purchased my second ipad ( a mimi) especially for Logos. Additionally, I am still having major problems with the program frequently defaulting to a split screen.

    Please tap "Report a Problem" under the Help menu so we can take a look at your device logs.

    i just purchased my second ipad ( a mimi) especially for Logos.

    Is this the device where you are seeing the crash, or does the crash also occur on you first iPad?  If the crash occurs on multiple devices please use "Report a Problem" for each device.

    Additionally, I am still having major problems with the program frequently defaulting to a split screen. 

    Which app are you referring to? Faithlife offers six free reader apps, and the Faithlife Study Bible app (by design) is always in split screen mode but the rest of the apps are not.  The more information you can share the better!
