For two days now, Text comparison hangs on logos 6. Operating system, Mac el capitan OS X. Notified support, no response as of yet.
We can't assist you with that response. Have you contacted Tech Support by phone, as that would be better than the email contact you appear to have tried?
Does it always hang even if you request < 5 verses and <10 resources? I ask belong long passages across a large number of version take so long to respond it could be mistaken for hanging.

Mj, it is hanging when I click on the search box before eI enter a single letter. It also hangs when I click to float the window only.
