Printed Greek fonts

Hi,
I use Times New Roman as my Greek font, and the Logos keyboard layout. This has been working perfectly for months. On screen the Greek looks correct.
However, when I print, the breathing marks appear after the vowel, and the iota subscript is also after the vowel.
Text that was copied and pasted from NA27, also displayed in Times New Roman, prints perfectly.
I am running Window 10 and printing to a HP Laserjet Pro 400 prnter.
I appreciate this may be a Windows issue rather than Logos, but is anyone can help I would be grateful.
Thanks.
