Logos 6 - MS Word Problem (Won't Replace with Scripture Passage)

My Logos software will no longer replace the verse location with the actual scripture/verse text.  I never had a problem in the past.  Perhaps there was a recent update with a problem.

For instance if I type in Word "John 3 16" , highlight "John 3 16" and then go to the Ms Word Services and click "Replace with passage" my Ms Word screen disappears seems to lock up on me.  

I never had this problem before.  I uninstalled the Logos app then downloaded it again and installed it and I get the same problem.  

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that is what you are talking about. Look through the posts for one that tells how to get it working again. However, if you upgraded MS Office to version 2016, a fix is still in the works.
