Is the a function to filter Untitled Notes which will isolate the notes to the specific resource they are attached to?

I am not sure I completely understand your question. In the Documents tab there is a find box at the top of the pane. If you type "untitled" in that find box it will provide a list of all documents that have untitled in the title.

I'm with Fred in that I don't think I understand your question, either. By 'isolate', do you mean 'sort'? The 'specific resource' will be indicated by the note file itself (or not if you combine resources' notes into a single file...it depends on how you set them up).
Fred's suggestion on how to search is a good one. In addition to that, you can sub-sort by CTRL-clicking on any of the columns you have showing in the Documents window.
