Layouts not listing fully

Getting ready for a short vacation and installing L4 A13B but my layouts are not syncing on this MacBook Pro. I have 13b running fine on a Mac Pro here at home and another at work so I don't think it is a problem with account. It looks like nothing past December 28th is syncing down. Syncing up to other versions works. Do we still have issues with that December bug? Any workarounds to this?

There is your problem, according to the release notes, 13a, is the latest release. So you are using a non-existent version. and I am going to feel really foolish if I am wrong. [;)]

Try the command sync now, but I have noticed that my L4Mac layouts don't sync as quickly as my L4Win versions do. Sometimes I have to hit the sync now and come back in 10 or 20 minutes.

It looks like the layouts are syncing out from the laptop just not back. I created a dummy layout on the problem laptop and saw it immediately on my Mac desktop. I deleted it on the desktop and went back and still there on the laptop. I notice that my snapshot history on the laptop ends Dec 28th. I never used L4 on this laptop so whatever is going on there has nothing to do with previous installation. I have tried resetting the system time to last December, rebooting, syncing, and so far no goodness. I do see all my library though so I know it is seeing my account correctly. I will try giving Sync now a little more time and see if that is the magic bullet.

You should also post your indexer log from the problem machine so the Devs can take a look under the hood to see what is going wrong

Well, my indexer log was dated Dec 27th. Since L4 was not even installed then I am betting we have a problem. I blew that file out and am running "Rebuild index". The Logos4.log is showing problems with the XML document that syncing uses. It is showing a blank namespace in the root node but not sure if that is the actual problem or if the root node is maybe the wrong format? Anywhoo, for the devs...

Unfortunately, rebuilding your index won't help here. There is a sync bug in this alpha that we discovered after 13a was released. It affects Windows users too prior to the most recent Windows beta release. This should be fixed in A14.
