I was reading one of my resources and Logos crashed. This has done this several times, and I even attempted to rebuild the index.0652.Logos Log Files.zip

Your Logos has a history of Disk I/O errors which I think are associated with an insufficient amount of free disk space - abt 15 GB on the D: drive. So you need to free disk space to get at least 35 GB free and then run a check on the disk e.g. CHKDSK D: /f in a CMD (Command) Prompt with Admin privilege (or right click drive D: in File Explorer, select Properties and then Tools, and run the drive check).

Then run Logos, but start it with CTRL key held so that logs are captured. Upload logs if it crashes.

Welcome! Sorry for your trouble. [:s]

Dave is a techie and a Windows user. i am neither. His advice is good. [:)]

I did want to point out that rebuilding the index is needed sometimes, but it is often a "nuclear" option. Sometimes it fixes things when a much easier solution would have worked... And sometimes it doesn't work at all to solve the issue at hand. It is best to post questions and logs in the forums Where users are often quick to get help from  other users.
