Logos 6 hanging on download

Happy Post Halloween everyone! On an old(er) laptop, I've just upgraded to Windows 10. Logos was a bit behind on that one, so I downloaded updates and all seemed to have gone well.

Then there was another update while Logos was beginning to Prepare Library & Index. I closed it down and started it back up again and now there's two messages I'm getting - 

1) downloading 30 mb 

2) Preparing Library

But nothing is happening at all as to downloading (remaining at 0%) and the Preparing Library must be a big preparation.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

Two things to try:

1. Restart Windows again and see if it corrects things.

2. If that doesn't work, enable and post logs for a techie to read. You will need to let Logos sit for a bit and then use "sample."
