You can usually get this fixed (i.e., get your dynamic price) by calling on the phone. Seems archaic, and can be a hassle, but it works.

Using the online chat feature, I queried the dynamic pricing status of this collection and was told that dynamic pricing is not available for it. The five resources I'm missing add up to a total of $52.75; so, taking 'advantage' of this sale will 'save' me ($22.24) [*-)]

If the page can show what titles you are missing than usually FL get it fixed to reveal a Dynamic Price, given time.
