Here's a screenshot of a reading plan I made today. The first break happens in the middle of an introductory paragraph (red box).
It sure would be simple to fix these if I could drag the break down to the second red box (arrow).

It would certainly help with the reading plans that I am working through.
Reading plans seem not to be a core interest for the developers though or this would have been sorted - it seems that many more people are using 'Case Frames'.
