Does Logos 6 Bronze offer what Logos Now does?
If I purchase Logos 6 Bronze or any of the other Logos 6 packages will I get all that Logos Now offers?

No. You will get none of it. Logos Now is designed as a subscription service for additional features for people who already own a Logos 6 base package.

I only have L5 but I have subscribed already to LNOW.
If I purchase a base pak in L6 how will this add to what I already can do besides just getting new resources?

You will the the datasets that are unique to L6, along with all the usual updates (not upgrades...there's a difference).
Some of us don't like the LN concept, but I won't start that here. Bottom line, to get LN resources/datasets, ya gotta pay.

You will receive the features that are new to L6 that are not part of Logos Now. I suggest that you examine the New to You lists for the base packages that you might be interested in. These will list those features.

This is not really comparable. L6 Bronze or other such packages are large libraries (bundles of books) - the focus being on getting those with a really substantial discount. Bronze would have some of those (actually hundreds) but only some features and datasets. Typically one needs to buy Gold level (one of the various denominational Golds or Verbum Master) or supplant a lower level base package with a crossgrade to get all of those.
Logos Now is all about new features (that some day to some extent will make it into L7 - some then maybe into the free engine, others maybe only into a larger package, such as L7 Silver / Gold or again into a Crossgrade). It is for those that won't want to wait many months or years for cool features to play around get the best tools available for their studies, including the web application. It gives only a handful of books as a goodie.
So with Bronze you would get in fact nearly nothing of what Now offers, but lots of different stuff. And you get to keep it forever, whereas Now is a service that is comparable to renting the features.

I assume you mean you only have L5 as paid package and use the L6 engine with that, right? Otherwise you should get that.

One really must look at the features of Logos Now and decide if the features you would gain would be of significant benefit to you. If so, then buy it. If not, then save the money, or spend it on another book.
I decided that I would benefit more by purchasing some of the Fathers of the Church series. That would not be true for everyone.
More books vs. more features? 'Tis a quandary. I think I will take another book.

Michael? Good point. I really don't need any of the resources that a L6 package offers. I just want more 'gadgets' to compliment my studies.

Then you may want to have a look at the L6 Crossgrades (which come somewhat expensive if not bought on top of a base package with dynamic pricing...)
