Previously (see note below), a Logos technician tried to resolve a problem w/my laptop after I'd downloaded Logos 6. Logos 5 had been working well for me. He removed a link to the home page so that Logos would open to a blank home page, but that I could access my library, etc. However, I have not heard back since September 29. In addition, I tried to open Logos on my laptop today and could not.
Note: I ordinarily use Logos on my desktop, and that still works, but with a blank home page.
See the technician's 9/29 message to me. Anyone working on my issue? Should I simply delete Logos and download it again?
